This is a 1980's Louis Feraud 3 piece ensemble that includes a blue and black plaid silky blouse and a black wool skirt with blue details on the waistband that match the skirt.

The skirt is nicely lined and has small pleats from the waistband. The blouse has shoulder pads and is double-breasted with pretty silver-tone buttons, long sleeves, pleated shoulders and a notched collar. 100% Polyester top and 100% New Wool with 100% Viscose lining skirt. 

Marked size 6 but fits more like a modern day size 8.
