Utterly charming 1960s mod dress in a pretty blue and cream plaid. I love the bi square hip pockets and flattering slightly flared shape. The neckline and sleeve openings are lined in ivory acetate, the rest is unlined. Sleeveless, zipper up the back. Label reads: Country Set and there is a union label. Small to smaller medium size I'd say. I also have pants and a skirt in the same fabric as shown in the last photo. See my shop listings for those as they would be great sold together.

Excellent to near mint vintage condition. I haven't spotted anything worth mentioning.
